A Trophy Wife has to keep herself healthy, both inside and out. I like to keep my outside healthy by working out like a gym-freak daily. I also keep my insides healthy by taking a cocktail of vitamins daily. Every morning, I squeeze a little lemon juice into a glass of room temperature water (I heard this is great for kick starting your metabolism) and swallow down the following vitamin concoction:

Calcium – we all know calcium is important for women because of osteoporosis; but did you also know that it’s handy for weight loss? Research suggests that if you don’t get enough calcium in your diet, you’re likely to be overweight. Although, I am a little skeptical about this fact because I think about all the fatties that eat cheesy fries –I’m sure their calcium levels are preeeeety high no? Nevertheless, other benefits of calcium include heart health, improve premenstrual moods (which benefits Husband more) and maintains healthy teeth. Nothing bothers me more than people with bad teeth.
